8 Week Sponsored Group Lessons

Program Policy Agreement

This is a free, 8-week group music program sponsored by Mentors, Music, & Sports Inc. Due to limited availability, participation requires commitment and consistent attendance.

Attendance

• Students may have up to 2 absences during the program.

• Students who miss more than 2 classes will be removed from the program, and their spot may be offered to a waitlisted student.

• Missed classes cannot be made up or rescheduled.

Punctuality

• Students are expected to arrive on time.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be counted as an absence, as it disrupts group instruction.

Commitment

• This program requires an 8-week commitment.

• Families agree to participate for the full duration unless removed due to attendance.

Behavior & Participation

• Students are expected to be respectful, cooperative, and engaged.

• Repeated disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program.

Schedule Changes

• Class days and times are fixed.

• Instructor substitutions or minor schedule adjustments may occur if necessary.

By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that consistent attendance and participation are required to remain in the program.
